Built by the people who quoted it
Groundscape Design and Build LTD is owned and run by Loris. Loris visits every property, writes every quote, and is on site with the crew while the work gets done.
We do the whole job ourselves: excavation and grading, concrete, pavers, retaining walls, fencing, turf, lighting and irrigation. That means one point of contact, one schedule, and no gap between what was promised and what gets built.
Everything is built for Metro Vancouver: drainage first, compacted bases, proper footings, and materials that stand up to wet winters.
Four steps, one crew

Site visit and quote
We walk the property with you, talk through what you want and measure up. You get a written quote that lists the work, materials and timeline.
- 02
Design and plan
For larger projects we sketch the layout, confirm materials and sort permits or locates before anything is dug.
- 03
Build
Our own crew and equipment do the excavation, base, structure and finish. The site is tidied at the end of every day.
- 04
Walkthrough and care
We walk the finished work with you, explain how to look after it, and fix anything that is not right.
